The Harvest Hoedown is a 15+ event.

Guests aged 15–17 are welcome but MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Under 15s will not be admitted.

Anyone wishing to consume alcohol must be 18 or over, and valid ID will be requested.

f you're lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked for proof of age.

Guests aged 15–17 must be able to establish that they are attending with an adult aged 18+.

Anyone purchasing or consuming alcohol must be 18+ and valid photographic ID will be required.

Tickets are available online in advance and we strongly recommend booking ahead.

Any tickets available on the door will be subject to availability.

Don't leave it until the last minute — once we're sold out, we're sold out!

The more Western, the better!

Think cowboy boots, hats, denim, checked shirts, Western shirts, fringing, bandanas, cowgirl dresses and anything that makes you feel like you've just ridden into town from the Wild West.

There is no strict dress code, but Western dress is very much encouraged.

Polish those boots, dust off that hat and bring your best cowboy swagger!

There will be a fully stocked bar at the Hoedown serving drinks throughout the evening.

Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price and are available to purchase separately from the Saloon bar.

Whether you're after a cold beer, wine, spirits or a soft drink, you'll be able to grab your drinks throughout the night.

Please remember that alcohol can only be purchased and consumed by guests aged 18+, and valid ID may be requested.

Your ticket gets you into the Hoedown — drinks are purchased separately.

There will be food available to purchase at the Hoedown, so you can fuel up between dancing and all that yeehawing!

Food is NOT included in the ticket price and is available to purchase separately from the food vendors on the night.

There will be FREE CAR PARKING ON SITE at Parkhouse Withybush.

So you don't need to worry about finding a parking space in Haverfordwest or paying for a car park.

Simply park up, get your boots on and head into the Hoedown!
